3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. don55 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 don55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.5 don55 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed Real Money Funds balance.
4.1 All transactions on the don55 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. don55 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.3 Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are processed subject to verification of the Player's identity and source of funds where required. don55 may apply anti-money-laundering (AML) checks before releasing withdrawal funds. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.
4.4 don55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended.
4.5 don55 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers including mobile wallet operators or banking institutions.

5.4 Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting don55 support. Players who opt out will not receive Bonus Funds on subsequent deposits.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on don55 are governed by the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to each market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.
6.2 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits may be adjusted by don55 at any time without prior notice.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, don55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
6.4 Cricket betting markets, including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test series, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules maintained by don55. In-play bets accepted after the relevant real-world event has concluded will be voided.

11.2 By registering a don55 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with third-party payment processors, KYC/AML service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
